I spearheaded the VIP Mixer at Cosmoprof Miami, collaborating with ten brands to bring this exclusive cocktail hour to life. Over four months, I maintained consistent communication with brand representatives, ensuring alignment on event goals and expectations.
My role encompassed:
Sourcing and securing vendors in Miami for catering, beverages, and event production.
Selecting and securing the venue, curating the bar menu, and overseeing catering choices to enhance the guest experience.
Managing event branding by collaborating with our graphic designer on printed materials, including brochures.
Tracking RSVPs and ensuring seamless guest management.
Overseeing floral arrangements and décor to create an inviting and on-brand atmosphere.
Maintaining a detailed budget tracker, including a P&L for the event and a separate budget for travel and accommodations.
Through strategic planning and execution, I ensured the success of this VIP experience, strengthening brand partnerships and delivering a premium networking opportunity.
